~Ok, I really don’t want to be all naggy or anything, but how come NO ONE has been commenting on ANY of my stories? Nanna is the only one I hear from, and she’s right here at home. I know this subject has come up before, but I feel like nobody’s reading it. And i’ve seen all you peeps commenting on other things, so I know your out there! Please if you would…
COMMENT ON MY STORY!
I don’t care if its just a ‘Hi, liked your story’ or a ‘Hillo crazy Jojo, made a few grammer mistakes. Liked it anyway!’ As long as you comment saying you’ve read it, I’ll be happy. I just want to know that people are reading is all. If I don’t think your reading, I’ll feel discouraged and stop. PLEASE, just comment saying you’ve read it.
I hope to hear from at least four different people.
PLEASE don’t think I’m being mean or bossy, I just want to talk to someone! I mean c’mon, its not that hard to say hi. Sooooooo… I guess that’s it…
If you do comment, pleasepleasepleaseplease tell me if I did well with Artek’s POV, because I’m planning on doing it in the future. Please and tank ooz! =3
Gosh, I said please a lot in here…
KK, love ya!!~
The slacker blogger shows proof

Well I tried to show proof of what has kept me so busy, but the system would not upload my picture of the kids room. {NOTE: Fixed by Big Bro. Bill]
I have painted, and decluttered and painted some more with chalkboard paint (which I do not recommend) and this has kept me from getting out reunion pictures and sending out thank you cards to fabulous aunts and birthday cards to our favorite aunt, I mean aunts
(did we just say that?) So from now on I’ll be the perfect organized mom as soon as I stop eating meat and chocolate all the time and when I can quit picturing revenge on my husband who likes to leave dirty dishes and the salt shaker in the living room.
Lots of love to all, Julie
p.s. the kids have taken the back bedroom and we painted it sky blue with a cherry border and bright blue chalkboard squares. It has a low window in the room with some blue curtains and makes it look like a little midget room meant just for them.
Well…on an upside…this was the weather in Birmingham today

Memories come in photo surprises

I was sitting at the dinette table, propped on my elbows, enjoying a cool breeze blowing through the front door, and half asleep because I was so tired from working all morning in the kitchen. I was thinking about mother, which I do a lot lately.
Luis interrupted my daydreams, and asked me who we knew in Dothan by the name of B. Jordan.
“Oh! That’s my cousin, Babs! She promised to send me some old photographs that she had of the family members months ago. Those are THEM!”
They were wonderful. There was a picture of Daddy Mac (my Grandfather James Howard McLure…He would be your Great-Grandfather. He would be Great-Great grandfather to your children.) He is such a good-looking old man. I still haven’t taken time to discern everybody’s age yet, except maybe Babs. She looks to be about four. That would make the one of me about fourteen, and Alex about seven. There is one of Uncle Frank, Aunt Nell, Uncle Buck, little cousin Cherry (Buck’s daughter) Babs’ brother, Don is about three, and little sister Mary Beth is two. There is another man that I can’t identify. The picture of me isn’t good. I have a scarf around my hair, and I’m looking down (sitting down). Barely recognizable, but I know it’s me. I know it’s Alex, although it’s only a side view. Two pictures of Mama Mac are really good. I am anxious to know how old she is, because I have a feeling that she is younger than I am now. That would be something!! And I didn’t realize that I got Nell’s figure. I got her legs precisely.
Uncle Frank was such a Hunk! or a Fox! or whatever the modern vernaculer is. He was just adorable.
Anyway. This is my post for the day. LOVE MOM

The kids love to play in our room and on our bed! Sometimes its annoying when I stumble on toys at night, but someday I’m sure I’ll be wishing they were snuggled up beside me.
