Tomorrow, October 2, Luis and I will celebrate our 45th Wedding Anniversary. We’re going to have lunch at one of our favorite restarants….Perkins. Since working in the temple these past three years, our marriage has improved considerably, I think. Or maybe it’s just because we don’t have so many responsibilities, and we don’t have to work so hard. I don’t have ANY responsibilities. i don’t drive or cook or have a calling in the Ward. i just eat and sleep and watch TV.

congrats mom and dad!!! can’t believe it, just makes me know I am 44 now!!! yuck!!! a nana and tired all the time, wish I did not have to work!! but am greatful for my job. Darrell and I will be married 27 years come january, we are taking our first cruise together that following week, we never had a honeymoon, so we are very excited about it. going on Carvinal cruise, don’t remember were its taking us, but who cares. You remember Delene, my friend from High school. Well she is still married to Don, they are going on 27 years also, they are going with us, its going to be fun!!!

Brenda, you SHOULD be excited! I’m glad you and Darrell are going with Delene and Don. That’s going to make it even more fun. Cruises are the ONLY WAY TO FLY, nowadays!
Truly, they are supposedly the very best vacations. Beautiful weather, a gorgeous blue ocean, lots of good food and rest, rest, rest. I envy you very much. And congrats to Delene and her husband for sticking it out for almost 27 years. I didn’t realize that you two rascals had married about the same time.
And you, Miss Alaina! Are you eighteen???? I just couldn’t remember. Yes, your birthday is one that I always remember, because it is on our anniversary, but I still can’t remember to get those cards in the mail on time.
