i do google street all the time. i wish you knew the address of our house in california, i would love to see it now. i can’t believe they took out the holly bush’s in front of the house. that had to be a difficult job.
I know the address of our house in California. It’s 7636 Tartan Drive, NW, North Highlands, Calif. I understand that neighborhood has gone to the dogs. Very run-down and pathetic. It fell into the hands of some folks who didn’t appreciate what they had, because the government just gave it to them, and they trashed it.
That house, Bud, looks eerily familiar. My heart skipped a beat. I don’t want to live over very many of the years in that house. My pleasant memories are with the one on 27th street in West End. All of you (more or less) were at home, and I had three more babies there. Everything was hectic, but we were together, and I was happier there than anywhere else. Each member of our family has their own memory of a house that means the most to them, starting way back to the one in Macon, Georgia (probably).
What about it, folks? What “house” do you remember?

i looked at the house at north highlands and I don’t remember all those trees being there. It must have been a new development.
