Happy B’day mom, we love you much, Hope you got your B’day card, Darrell says hello. We had a great trip for our anniversary this weekend, 27 years of marriage, would not have it any other way. We love being grandparents, and definately feel the part. Stay well, and we hope to see you in Feb, I am keeping my fingers crossed that we can afford it, but we are beginning this year to add on to our house, we have decided to stay and make it bigger. Happy B’day again, LOVE YOU!!
Thank you, Lainie, and thank you, Brenda. I did get your very sweet card, but you must have been meaning it for some other mother. I don’t feel deserving of the one described in the card.
I hope you can make it down in February. We’ll have a room for you, but I don’t know how comfortable you will be. It’s a queen-sized bed in that small middle room, and I don’t know what kind of weather we’ll be having.
Brenda, you must be making your house bigger to acomidate all the future grandkids chrystal will have, plus when christopher and his new wife move in and then all their grandkids lol! Maybe even christal and her husband can move in to to save money for a new house!!
Nana, Happy Birthday.. Sorry this message is late but I am at work.. We love you and we miss you so much! By the way, did you get those christmas pictures of the kids that I sent to you guys?
I was a day late with your “Happy Birthday”, Bud,so now we are even. Thank you.
Crystal, I never saw any Christmas pictures of the children. Paw-Paw said that we received them, but he doesn’t know where they are!! I don’t know how I missed them, because I always pick up the mail from his desk to see what’s what…especially at Christmas time.
We’ll find them. Thank you for your “Happy Birthday” wish!
Buddy, you can feel better cuz I’m only two days late. That is extremely shocking, I know. Apparently I was born two days too late myself cuz I’m always running late.
I’m feeling fine, now, Beth…thanks. I worked all day in the temple today. It was great to be back. I love those people that we work with. They’re so sweet and good. I thought about Sister Scott all day, and I missed her very much.
Remember the sister that I told you about just a little over a year ago, whose husband died in Alaska in a car accident? They had only been married for three years.
Anyway, she’s getting married again January 24. I’m so happy for her. She was so devastated at the loss of her husband. They were sealed in the temple. The man that she is marrying is someone that she’s known for 40 years. She knew his wife, also. His wife died seven years ago. They cannot be sealed, because they are both sealed to others, but they are going to be allowed to marry in the temple…somewhere…I don’t know what room. I’ve never heard of that happening before. They will be married only for this time on earth, that is, until death parts them. But they are both happy, and look forward to good companionship. She feels like she’s sixteen years old again. She’s so cute (78 years old).
your not kidding Lanie, we thought that we did not need a bigger house when crystal left and Chris is going to be leaving for college soon, but it is getting more cramped with the grandkids and holidays. We need the room and are loving every minute of it. We are going to build on a big den and dining room on the back, I can’t wait.
also, with Amanda, chris’s girlfriend, its like having another teenage daughter in the house all the time, we love her though, they have been dating over 1 year and it does not seem to be fizzeling out at all. We thought crystal and Jaymie were just pupper love, boy we were wrong, probably wrong about this to, they seem to have a bond. But as I said we love her, she is a sweet catholic girl, with good morals. they are going to same college also, “AUBURN” of course, we will see what happens.
