I can’t make it out, Lainie? It looks like a man and boy (half-dressed) and a woman (is she holding a little baby?)I can’t tell?? And they are half situated on a base of some kind that almost looks like a chimney. I’m puzzled. Not to be surprised about that. I’m always puzzled about something.

this is the statue they built in galveston after the 1900 flood. It is situated against the sea wall. The water is “the surge” that came up during the hurricaine. Normally the water is 15ft. below the wall. If you go to “site admin” and click on “manage” and go to the other picture I posted. I am standing next to the statue and you can see that the statue is around 15ft high.
