He's safe inside the house. You Dad capitulated, and the poor cat has a litter box on the porch. Carmen and Jason have a harness to take Max outside, so he can feel a little freedom everyday. He MUST stay inside, until he finally understand that THIS is his home, not the place that was deserted two years ago. Poor, poor kitty. He is so beat up. Fur off of his hind quarters, and legs.
