3. It’s not Fair Crystal! Neither of my kids look even a little bit like me! You Gene HOG! btw, I hope you’re feeling ok sweetheart. Lexie had me laughing the entire baby shower. I slapped my wrist and said “Bad Aunt Beth” when I told her the wrong color and she kept asking me “You OK? You OK?”. She’s so sweet.

4. Oh, Brenda! These pics made my day. It’s been horrible up to now. I’ve been in so much physical pain.

   James Michael. I never got my “name choice” in in time. My little brother was named “James Ellis” I was going to suggest “Ellis” for a second name. My brother will be little James’s great-uncle. I don’t know where the name of “Ellis” came. I’ve never seen it anywhere in any of our genealogy. Michael of course is beautiful. Whatever we call him, I hope my precious grand-daughter has an easy time, and I wish so much that I could be there.

7. #1: Crystal, you’re correct that this is the “first great-grandchild” going by blood relation, but actually we have Isaiah (8), Ethan (7) and Amaya (5) as well. They’re “steps” but since this family is FULL of “step-this” and “step-that,” it’s kind of unfair to overlook them! And they DO know who “Nana Elaine” and “Papa Luis” are.

8. Brenda, when I tried to email you it kept coming back so I hope I get you this way. That post answered a lot of my questions though. I was wondering when the next grandbaby was coming. And oh no! They stole our name. We were hoping to use James Ellis or something to the sort for our next boy. Is Crystal going to call him James or Michael? I’ll get something in the mail to him asap.    Little Ben’s b-day is April 24 and I would really like to help plan a family reunion for this summer because we would like to see you too.
   Lily and Ben have a good sense for family. they are very sweet kids and know they have an aunt Brenda who loves them! They always take to everyone very quickly.
