Bottom Line

Back again. It’s after midnight. I’ve finished reading Chapter two. Here is bottom line: “The bottome line is that the major reasons why you are overweight, fat, or obese is your metabolism is abnormally low, your hunger is abnormally intense and constnat, you have uncontrollable food cravings causing you to eat when you are not hungry, and when you have excess food that has not been burned off, your HYPOTHALAMUS stores an abnormally high amount of the excess in the secure problem area fat reserves which will never be released no matter how much you diet and exercise. “The weight loss cure protocol” will once and for all correct this condition.
Who discovered this cure? How was it discovered? Why has it been suppressed and kept a secret for so long? The amazing story will surprize you!”

that is very interesting, so are you saying that we need to get off our butts and get physical activity? My problem is I can’t seem to get my thyroid at a normal level. My doctor sux when it comes to my thyroid. I have tried to get in to see a specialist with no luck, of course, I have to have a referral. I guess I am going to have to bite the bullet and make my primary doctor send me to a specialist. He is just not cutting it. I am tired all the time, and so many other issues, can’t loose weight, even when I go to the gym, diet, etc, etc, etc. I remember going a whole month, dieting, etc, stayed true to it, and lost 1 pound, Ask my doctor to check my thyroid, came back a little low, his comment was, well you fluxuate all the time, no big deal. I just don’t know what to do. Any suggestions?
